Billing and Payment

- Prepaid Plan: Subscription billed monthly based on patent-product combinations.
- Enterprise Plans: Annual contracts based on tiered usage commitments.
- Late payments may lead to account suspension.
License and Restrictions
- IP8 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
- You must not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in IP8, including content, software, and branding, belong to IP8 LLC.
- You retain ownership of your uploaded data and patent information.
User Obligations
You agree to:

- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Service.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or non-payment.
- You may terminate your account at any time via the account settings page.
Disclaimers
- IP8 services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
- While every effort is made toward accuracy, outcomes related to infringement findings or service suitability may vary.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, IP8 LLC’s total liability for claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IP8 LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to our website, and material changes will be communicated to you by email. Your continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
